White, Contract Specialist (909) 413-2416, Artimae Shepherd, Contracting Officer, (909) 413-2303 Requirement is for the receipt of proposals in anticipation of an award for the delivery of an indefinite number of informational radio and television broadcast products not exceeding two minutes in length. The vast majority of work will be for the creation of original 30-second and 60-second radio and television spot announcements with original recordings for television shot on 35mm or 16mm film. Productions will be on a wide variety of Department of Defense internal information themes. Other work may include services to acquire rights for AFRTS use of existing radio and television products that may or may not have originated with the Contractor and modifying those products as necessary for AFRTS use as informational broadcast products not exceeding two minutes in length. All delivered products will be for use exclusively on Government-owned radio and television outlets overseas. The Government anticipates this solicitation will result in an award to a single Contractor of an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity type contract. The contract will be awarded for an initial 12-month period with four Government option periods of 12 months each for a maximum total of 60 months. The estimated minimum dollar amount of the contract is $3,500,000.00 annually. The estimated maximum dollar amount is $5,000,000.00 annually. The estimated five-year combined total value of the contract is a minimum of $17,500,000.00 and a maximum of $25,000,000.00. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, and is expected to be released approximately 15 January 1998 with receipt of proposals due in 60 calendar days thereafter. The SIC for this acquisition is 7812, and the small business size standard is $21.5 million.
