Krause 781-647-8833 The scope of the project consists of the design and relocation of the Nauset Light keeper's quarters, a two- story wood framed structure, and all its appurtenances from its present location to a point adjacent to the relocated light tower approximately 300 feet to the west, away from the eroding cliff. Included in the relocation is all necessary site work, the disconnection of all utility services and the installation of a new well, septic system and underground electric service. The relocated quarters shall be installed on a new cast in place concrete foundation.Estimated cost of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Plans and specifications will be available at no cost on or about 11/13/97. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District. (0301)
