Work includes, but is not limited to, performing required demolition and substrate preparation, flushing storm piping systems, minor site fills for drainage, excavating and backfilling exterior foundations, exterior membrane waterproofing, interior capillary waterproofing, interior injected foam grout crack waterproofing, repairing leaking windows, and abating lead based paint on items affected by demolition/renovation work. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type. The contract is expected to have a base year and one option year. The magnitude of this project is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The SIC code is 1521 and the small business size standard is $17 million. This acquisition is unrestricted.
