This procurement is for new and innovative special weapons system concept that involves Lockheed Martin Advanced Projects proprietary and patented concepts and include: a unique low cost control system, GPS only guidance laws, GPS electronic countermeasuers, kinetic energy penetrator design, high explosive, hegh temperature self propagating synthesis incendiary, flechette and impactor lethal mechanisms, and fuze concepts. The special weapons system enables beach obstacles and mines clearance,airfield attack, deeply buried hardened targets functional kill, CW/BW agent defeat and relocatable target, surface to air missile system and land combat vehicle defeat. The proprietary and patented concepts are unique and available only from Lockheed Martin Advanced Projects.
