The National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) is planning to procure professional services for developing a module to enable HAZUS users to select mitigation alternatives based on loss estimates generated by HAZUS, a standardized earthquake loss estimation methodology. These services will be procured under a cooperative agreement between NIBS and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Before submitting qualifications, interested organizations and individuals are required to obtain a description of submittal requirements.
