Orders will be issued for the materials and services required for installation, checkout, testing or repairs related to the AN/SPA-25G Radar Display. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). Sechan Electronics, Inc. is currently the only manufacturer of the AN/SPA-25G Radar Display who has the design and technical knowledge to provide this effort. No other source has the experience, technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
