Addition to Eastern Distribution Center (EDC), Defense Distribution Depot (DDSP), New Cumberland, Pennsylvania will be advertised as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The procurement shall contain optional items. The total estimated cost of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. Construction consists of approximately 73,600 SF, 70 foot high rack storage addition using a structural rack system. Optional items include an elevator, a toilet, and a dehumidification system. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
