Officer, 401-736-1761 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials,
supervision, transportation, and equipment as necessary to complete
Building and Grounds Improvements for a Duplex Housing Unit at USCG
Station Point Allerton, Hull, Massachusetts (Plymouth County). The work
will be completed in two phases. Work includes, but is not limited to,
constructing two vestibules, stairs and entry sidewalk systems (Phase
1 only); constructing perimeter subdrain system (Phase 1 and 2);
regrade and resod grounds around the duplex (Phase 1 and 2); remove
existing and install two new sliding glass doors (Phase 2 only);
construct two wooden decks, stairs and supports (Phase 2 only). All
work within Phase 1 must be completed and ready for use prior to
commencing work under Phase 2. All on-site work (Phase 1) shall not
begin prior to 01 April 1998. The estimated cost of this project is
between $25k and $100k. SIC code is 1521. Solicitation packages to be
