The base portion of the contract is for a total of 39 carports with an option of 16 additional units in Randolph, MA. Work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of existing carport framing and replacement with new treated lumber columns and braces; removing and replacing carport ceilings with new plywood sheathing and vinyl siding; existing joists and headers shall be covered in aluminum sheets.
