Officer, 401-736-1764 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials,
supervision, transportation, and equipment as necessary to repair
carports at USCG ISC Boston Family Housing sites in Bedford, Beverly,
Randolph, and Hull, Massachusetts. The base portion of the contract is
for a total of 39 carports with an option of 16 additional units in
Randolph, MA. Work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of
existing carport framing and replacement with new treated lumber
columns and braces; removing and replacing carport ceilings with new
plywood sheathing and vinyl siding; existing joists and headers shall
be covered in aluminum sheets. All existing components are coated with
lead containing paint. The estimated cost of this project is between
$25k and $100k. SIC code is 1751. Solicitation packages to be available
