This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, no written solicitation will be issued. The United States Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT. 06320 has a requirement for the acquisition of twelve (12) light weight and low noise LCD Projectors with twelve (12) ceiling mount kits. Performance data is as follows: a). True XGA (1024x768) high performance display. b). Minimum 400 ANSI Lumens. c). Connects simultaneously to two devices (computers, ELMO, scanners, etc.). d). Contrast minimum of 300 to 1. e). Wireless remote control. f). Works in a Windows NT operating system. g). Variable focus and distance for display. h). Zoom-in and auto adust to machine display. i). 3D sound input and speakers. j). Ceiling mountable. This includes focusing and adjustments for ceiling mount in addition to desktop display. Shipping is identified as Freight on Board (FOB) "Destination". The delivery date shall be 45 days from award. Award will be based on lowest cost. Bids are due on 27 NOV 97 in this office by 2:00 P.M. (Local Time), Faxed Bids are authorized (860) 444-8299.
