Scope of work includes site investigation of existing electrical distribution system to determine conductor sizes required, to determine overcurrent protection requirements, and to determine locations and requirements for additional switching; construction period services including review of contractor technical submittals, response to contractor requests for information and response to other technical questions; site visits during construction; and provide as-built drawings on auto-cad after construction completion. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Area of consideration is restricted to firms located within a 120-mile radius of Perry Point (Perryville) Maryland. Interested firms must submit an updated SF254 and SF255 to the Contracting Officer (90C), VA Medical Center, P.O. Box 1000, Perry Point, Maryland 21902-1000, no later than close of business (4:30 local time) on December 9, 1997. This is not a request for proposal.
