Coast Guard Aircraft Repair & Supply Center intends to solicit and negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis with Sermatech Technical Services of Boynton Beach FL for the repair of Four (4) EA Engine Mount, L/H, 1560-01-HR2-0780, P/N 553-0514-517B and Three (3) EA Engine Mount, R/H, 1560-01-HR2-0782, P/N 553-0514-518B used on the U.S. Coast Guard HU25 aircraft. These repairs shall be IAW ARSC engineering apecifications and shall include Sermatech Procedure No. SER-034 that is inclusive of Sermetal 5380 DP, a two part process, as the coating specification. Delivery to ARSC, Elizabeth City, NC is required within 60 days after receipt of material. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide the proprietary specifications for this item. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 3724.
