WEB-BASED ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING The Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) will implement web-based electronic contracting in November 1997. At that time, solicitations will be posted on the AMCOM homepage via the Worldwide Web. The Acquisition Center Home Page Web address is as follows: http://www.redstone.army.mil/acq_ctr/. Procurements with technical data packages (TDPs) adequate for full and open competition will be available to vendors through one of three ways: (1) viewing, (2) downloading, or (3) on-line ordering of CDROM(s).
