Walker (804) 734-8531 (Site Code DECA01) This solicitation implements OMB Circular A-76, Acquiring Commercial or Industrial Products and Services needed by the Government. The scope of work and level of performance as delineated in the solicitation are to be priced by the Government as well as interested commercial small business concerns. The decision to award a contract will be based on a cost comparison which determines whether the work can more economically be performed by contractor or Federal employees. Services required include the furnishing of all personnel, supervision, equipment, services and supplies necessary to perform shelf stocking, custodial and receiving/storage/holding area services for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) at Fort Bragg, Mallonee Village and Pope AFB Commissaries located at Fayetteville, NC in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The base period is May 1, 1998 through April 30, 1999 and includes four (4) one-year option periods. No previous history for contractor performance services exists at this location. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. THE STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION NUMBER IS 7389 AND THE BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $5.0 MILLION.
