The American Embassy Tallinn, Estonia requires the operation and management of guard services in order to prevent unauthorized access, protect life, maintain order, deter criminal attacks against employees, dependents and property and to deter terrorist attacks against all U.S. assets, and to prevent damage to U.S. Government property. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required under this contract at the US Embassy in Tallin and metropolitan area. This is a reissuance of solicitation SEN100-94-C-007 dated Feb. 11, 1994 with greatly reduced estimated hours. The estimated number of guard services required per year under the contract is 11,180, and 2420 hours for a supervisory guard. Solicitation is for base year and four one-year options. All requests for the solicitation must be submitted in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. This RFP will be made available to U.S. firms via the internet. Paper copies or disks will not be mailed out to U.S. firms.
