Y -- ELEVATOR CONTROLS FOR BUILDINGS 37, 50 AND CRC-BLDG. 10 SOL 263-98-P-(CL)-0100 DUE 120197 POC Barbara Taylor 301-435-4333 It is the intent of the National Institutes of Health to Sole Source the Swift Futura Controls with drives as manufactured by the Computerized Elevator Control Corportion. The Swift Futura Controllers with Drives to be installed on elevator systems for upcoming construction contracts. These components are manufactured by Computerized Elevator Control Corporation located in New York City, and outside the city, they are non-proprietary and available to all elevator manufactures and installers. The National Institutes of Health owns the personal computer devices required to perform diagnostic and trouble -shooting of these components. All elevator micro-processor controllers must interface with the "Owners Interaction System", a remote monitoring system manufactured by Computerized Elevator Control Corporation, installed in the National Institutes of Health Elevator Unit Office. The Projects for which this Sole Source is associated is for the installatioin of Forty Two (42) elevators as part of the construction of the Consolidated Laboratory Facility -Building 50, Renovation of Building 37, and the Hospital Addition known as the Clinical Research Center.
