provide all labor, equipment and expert supervision to remoinstall new
insulating windows and install a new exterior insulated finish system
(EIFS) at the USCG Air Station Cape Cod, MA. The work includes the
following: 1. The removal of all existing wood double hung and
combination double hung/picture windows, wood stool, trims, jamb liners
and flashing under window sills. 2. Powerwash the exterior facade
receiving EIFS. 3. Install a new Exterior insulated finish (EIFS). 4.
Cutback all shrus interfering with the installation of new EIFS. 5.
Remove picture windows, sill, and casing trim. 6. Install new
insulating windows with low E glass, stools, trim, apron and flashing.
The estimated construction range is between $250,000 and $300,000.
Construction Period 120 days after NTP. Sic Code : 1542. Plans and
