Existing lighting and bases shall be removed and replaced with new outdoor lighting fixtures, standards, bases, and new lighting circuits. All disturbed or damaged landscaping shall be restored to its original condition at end of project. The contract duration is approximately 120 days and the estimated cost range of this project is between $100,000 and $250, 000.
