Bethesda, MD requirements are for 1AE, 1:250,000 scale, JOG-A, decompartmented compilation and color separation approximately ten (10) sheets classified SECRET; 2AA/AB, corrected reprint charts, plotting notice to Mariners corrections and color separation of charts approximately twenty (20) unclassified charts. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency, St. Louis, MO requirements are for 1AE, two (2) JOG-A combo; 3AG, two (2) 1:100 combo; 4AA one (1) AT 200 combo. Color separation of the following products 3AG, two (2) 1:100; 1AE, two (2) JOG-A; 1FA, two (2) FLIP; and 1AA, one (1) TPC. This notification is directed to contractors who currently qualify as Basic Ordering Agreement holders under these solicitations. Source materials at Bethesda, MD will be made available for mandatory inspection from 10-14 November 1997 between the hours of 7:00 AM until3:00 PM local time at 4600 Sangamore Road, Bethesda, MD 20816-5003, source materials at St. Louis, MO will be available for mandatory inspection from 10-14 November 1997 between the hours of 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM local time at 3200 Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63102-3399. Offers must be received no later than 12:00 PM local time 24 November 1997 at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, PCOE, MS D-5, 4600 Sangamore Road, Bethesda, MD 20816-5003 and offers resulting from the St. Louis, MO source exhibit must be received no later than 1:00 PM local time 17 November 1997 at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, PCOW, MS L-13, Building D, Suite B, 2665 Scott, St. Louis, MO 63103. Delivery shall be FOB destination. Contractors who wish to view the source material shall contact Tim Hughes (PCOE) one week prior to mandatory source inspection.
