NOTICE TO COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY (CBD) NRA 97-OSS-15 The National
Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Office of Space Science
(OSS) is releasing a NASA Research Announcement (NRA 97-OSS-15)
entitled Solar Influences on Global Change Research and Analysis
Program that solicits proposals for research investigations concerning
the role of solar variability in affecting terrestrial global climate.
This NRA is a joint solicitation of the Office of Space Science and the
Office of Mission to Planet Earth. Participation is open to all
categories of organizations, foreign and domestic, including industry,
educational institutions, NASA Centers, nonprofit organizations, and
other Government agencies. Upon the release date, November 18, 1997,
specific guidance for proposal preparation will be available
electronically from the World Wide Web by selecting "Research
Opportunities" at <http://www.hq.nasa.gov/office/oss/&gt;. Printed
