The Architect/Engineer to design an elevator addition to Building No. 2 which will serve the basement, first and second floors of the building. The addition must be approved by the Historical Society. Selection will be based on the following criteria: Recent specialized experience of the firm in type of work required; professional capacity of the firm to accomplish the contemplated work within the time and cost limitations; recent experience of the firm in the design; professional qualification of the staff, subcontractor, and consultants to be assigned to the project. The estimated construction cost is $500,000. Firms desiring consideration shall submit appropriate SF 254 and 255 no later than December 2, 1997. This is not a request for proposal.
