Solicitation ARCO-NAT-98-002- DO (IFB) Multifamily Apartment Monthly Elevator Maintanence and Services Contract within the five boroughs of New York City, Counties of Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Nassau and Suffolk in New York State. The solicitation is for the services of a subcontractor to supply monthly elevator maintenance services for the above geographical areas. The contractor will act as a subcontractor to Arco Management Corp. under its Prime Contract as Contractor Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the REO Service Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Arco management currently has 12 complexes under contract that require these services. This solicitation is for a two (2) year base period and two (2) one year optional renewals.
