The modifications include the omission of the Standard Industrial Code of 1522, the small business size standard of $17.0 million, and a place to provide your contractor identification number/data universal numbering sytem (DUNS). In order to properly incorporate these changes, the acceptance period has been extended to 11/10/97. Price per inspection should include all costs incurred to perform the service. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will not provide reimbursement for travel expenses. Copies of this modification will be faxed to those individuals that have already requested a copy of the RFQ. Please replace these sheets in your package.
