Lease with Option to Purchase(LWOP) two(2) each Navistar 4900 HD 4X2(or equal) conventional cab trucks with 254" wheelbase for Morgan Corporation GVSD 97 24' aluminum dry freight body(or equal). The period of performance for the LWOP is a basic period from 01 Feb 98-30 Sep 98 with three one year option provisions. Solicitation must be requested via fax (210-671-3468) or letter. No telephone calls will be accepted. This is an unrestricted requirement. The trucks must include but are not limited to the following: 16,000 lb curb weight, 18,000 lb payload and 33,000 lb gross vehicle weight. Associated options for the trucks are: 250HP diesel engine w/ cruise control, 6-speed transmission, locking hand throttle, air brake system, exhaust brake, 20K air ride system w/ cab release valve, fuel/water seperator, CB radio w/ base, antenna and mount, intermediate air suspension seats, ether start, single air horn, air conditoner/heater, AM/FM stereo cassette w/ dual speakers, intermittent wipers, fire extinguisher/flare kit, back-up alarm, and fog lights. Associated options for the boxes are: "E" tracking-recessed 2',3.5' & 5.5', rear spotlights, 12' strap assembly, rail lift-4,000 lb capacity and side mounted door-46 5/16"W.
