Y -- HATCHERY BUILDING -- PHASE II SOL 1448-60181-98-B082 DUE 123097 POC POC: Cathleen DeBerry/Procurement Assistant, 303/236-5412 x221 This is a pre-solicitation notice for a requirement to furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary and completing the construction of an existing hatchery building; the hatchery building is a 65' x 150', clear span, rigid fram metal building. This work includes forming and placing a concrete floor slab with drain trenches, interior partition wall framing and finishing, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, electrical, fish tank installation, road construction, final site grading, and all related work necessary to provide a complete and operable facility. Work also includes installing a 350 gpm water reuse system which includes screening equipment, connections to existing ozone disinfection equipment, process water pumps, aeration and degassing column, and biological filter. The project site is located at the Ouray National Fish Hatchery approximately 30 miles southeast of Vernal Utah. Solicitations will be available o/a November 25, 1997. Estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The contract period of performance will be 150 calendar days from the contractors receipt of notice to proceed, which will be issued o/a January 25, 1998.
