Contractor shall submit a proposal for furnishing all labor, materiel and equipment necessary to perform repair services to return items to a serviceable condition, in acordance with the manufacturers specifictions. Raparable items will be input by the Government within 60 days after contractor's receipt of the Order. Contractor's proposal for repair shall be submitted within 60 days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later, to the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO). Repair effort/delivery shall be completed 120 days after receipt of funded modification. . This acquisition will be processed in accordance with AFMC FAR Sup 5317.7590 (Insurance Policy); portions of the requirements may be restricted for award to a proven source.
