The Parks Model 2100 Flow-Lab (PMFL-2100) or equal shall be capable of providing a thorough and comprehensive examination of the entire lower extremity; upper extremity and shall include Doppler waveforms, segmental pressures, ankle-brachial indices (abi), and pulse-volume (perfusion) waveforms. The flowlab equipment shall be capable of providing clear evidence regarding the location and degree of arterial stenosis, and clarifying the hemodynamic significance of the detected disease. The equipment shall have the capability of an accurate triage for further diagnostic/therapeutic measures.
