67 -- INTENSIFIED CCD CAMERA SOL RFQ 2-33-98CG DUE 112697 POC Constance Gist, Purchasing Agent, 704/257-4295; FAX 704/257-4876 The Southern Research Station intends to solicit the purchase of an intensified CCD camera with the following specifications: Special Response -- GaAS Photo Cathode maximized in the region of 550-550 nm with a typical response over 120mA/watt; sensitivity -- photometric <1.0x10-8 fc on the faceplate using a 2854k source full video at <1.0x10-7 fc radiometric <1.0x1-15 fc w/cm2 at 500 nm; resolution >500 tv lines; Gray Line Generator -- system must provide an internal gray scale generator for monitor calibration; Overange system protection with LED display; Video Output -- RS 170, 525 line standard; Gain Boost -- 3x, switchable on or off when required; Power -- 12 volt DC external. This camera is being purchased for continuing work on verification of the nocturnal movement of smoke from prescribed fires. All responsible parties may submit an offer which will be considered.
