The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for software and engineering support for various space/satellite related programs. The Statement of Work will be included with the solicitation. Offerors must have demonstrated experience and demonstrated ability to provide qualified personnel in performing the specified tasks. Prior to contract award, the contractor must have a Top Secret facility clearance, Secret storage capabilities, and personnel available with DoD granted personnel security clearances commensurate with level of access required for performance of the contract. The majority of tasks will be performed at the contractor's facility. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) cost reimbursable contract with a five year total contract life.
