Work consist of the performance of research, interviews, and writing of a brief, summarized, legislative history report for use in the development of the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve General Management Plan (GMP). The report will help document the evolution of events, and clarity issues that lead to the establishment of the preserve. The information contained in this report is necessary to aid in both the understanding of the complexity of issues addressed in the GMP, and to clarify the legislative intentions for the establishment of the preserve. This solicitation will be issued as a Request For Quotation. This requirement is set-aside for a small business. Potential contractors will be required to meet the personnel qualifications set forth in the solicitation. Solicitation number 1443RQ600098002,SIC 8733, due December 12, 1997.
