This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is DAHHA20-98-T-0002. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90- 45. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7379 an the Business Size Standard is $14.5 million. The service to be quoted is an Internet account for approximately 210 Army National Guard units throughout upper and lower Michigan from 12-1-97 through 9-30-98.
