We are seeking to receive qualifications information from firms interested in a subcontract with our organization. We seek a firm with the following background and experience: a) experience in remote regions of the world with emphasis in polar regions, and integration of satellites, LAN, WAN, ground stations, and networks; b) proven reliability with 24-hour, seven-day-a-week coverage including for electronic mail of up to 2 Gb documents, plus full volume data sets, with particular emphasis on satellite transmission of data and voice infrastructure from remote/polar locations; c) significant experience in providing strategic plans to implement infrastructure evolution.
