Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to periodically monitor two wells at the site of an underground fuel spill located at the former USCG Support Center, NY facility located at Governors Island (New York County), NY. The work includes the measurement of ground water depth and free petroleum thickness in two existing monitoring wells. The work also includes the extraction and disposal of petroleum product and the taking and testing of samples for the presence of volatile and semi-volatile constituents. It is anticipated that the term of the contract shall be six months with a possible additional extension of six months. This Request for Proposals is 100% set-aside for small business participation for which the applicable small business size standard is $5 million average annual receipts for the three previous fiscal years.
