U.S. Army Space Command (USARSPACE) intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Sole Source, fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity/Task Order type contract to Aerojet General Corporation, Electronic Systems Division, 1100 West Hollyvale Street, Azusa, CA 91720, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii). USARSPACE requires on-call, on-site, training, engineering and technical, and operational support to JTAGS Exercisor Equipment, including maintenance of hardware/software, scenario development and exercise support, engineering/integration and all else that is required and stated in each Task Order. The effort is to be accomplished in concert with support of the JTAGS objective systems awarded under contract DASG60-94-C-0073. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. See numbered Note 22. Proposals submitted in response to Note 22 must contain sufficient technical information from which the Government can make the required determination. The SIC code is 8711 andthe small business size standard is $20 million. The contract base period will be January 1, 1998 through September 30, 1998 with four one-year options.
