The U.S. Secret Service intends to award a contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 13.602. Award will be made on a sole source basis to Western Identification Network, 9343 Tech Center Drive, Suite 250, Sacramento California 95826. Western Identification Network, is the sole automated fingerprint identification and search system for the states of Montana, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, and Oregon that provides interface access to the databases of California, Washington, and Alaska. This system shall be fully compatible with the systems currently in place and used by the U.S. Secret Service. This is a firm-fixed price requirement for the following: CLIN-0001, On line fingerprinting database access for a period of twelve (12) months. The contractor shall deliver the complete quantity to: (i) United States Secret Service, Suite 929, 1800 G Street NW Washinton DC 20223. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. The Government anticipates an award on or about November 12, 1997. Please note: No solicitation package is or will be available for this procurement.
