(352) 330-3016 Fax# (352) 330-3056 The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires the provisions of a Vocational Training Instructor for HVAC at FCC Coleman, 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman,Florida 33521. FCC Coleman requires one instructor for five, six hour sessions per week for 48 weeks, for twelve months from date of award. Class will have approximately 15-20 inmates/students. The incumbent must be able to develop a curriculum which is approved by the Supervisor of Education. Must be able to train inmates in heating and air conditioning theory, repair and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems to fulfill the basic requirements for a certificate from a accredited institution. The program will focus on broad, transferable skills and stress an understanding of the following elements of the heating and air conditioning industry; planning, management, finance, technical and product skills, underlying principles of technology, labor issues, community issues and health, safety and environmental issues. Instructor must have graduated from a certified Heating and Air Conditioning Program and at least five (5) years of commerical experience. Anticipated receipt of offers due by November 14, 1997.
