VI. The facility must be contained, provided within a single site complex that allows access to/from and between lodging and meeting rooms without exiting the facility. The facility must be within 15 minutes driving time of Southbridge, MA. Facilities are required to conduct approximately 25-30, 2-week classes for 15-20 students during the following 1998 timeframes: 5-16 Jan; 26 Jan-6 Feb; 23 Feb-6 Mar; 9-20 Mar; 23 Mar-3 Apr; 20 Apr-1 May; 4-15 May; 1-12 Jun; 6-17 Jul; 20-31 Jul; 3-14 Aug; 17-28 Aug; 14-25 Sep; 28 Sep-9 Oct; 19-30 Oct; 30 Nov-11 Dec. As many as 3 classes may be taught simultaneously, each beginning from Monday of the 1st week until noon Friday of the 2nd week. CLIN 0001 meeting space rooms require dedicated space for 24 hr use; at least six rooms total (2 at least 450sq'; 4 at least 250sq'); individual thermostats, ergonomic chairs, sound barrier walls, and sufficient electrical capacity to use 16 desktop computers and printers in each large room and 5 computers and printers in the smaller rooms. CLIN 0002 admin space is 1 lockable room near the training areas to be used as a central office during the 2-week training period; as large as a standard hotel room in size, available from noon Sunday preceding the class to 5pm Friday the last day of the 2nd week; and with 2 large tables and 2 ergonomic chairs. CLIN 0003 storage space is for a lockable area to store government equipment during the entire lease period. The space will hold approximately 10 computers and printers, 2 tv, course materials, and other supplies. CLIN 0004 lodging space requires 30-60 single occupancy guest rooms with private bath, Sunday check-in before course start date, late checkout 2nd Friday; all rooms must have inside access only, with no direct street access. (Payment will be made from students via American Express). CLIN 0005 transportation includes arrival and departure shuttle service from the facility to both the Hartford, CT and Worcester, MA airports, at least once on the Sunday preceding the class and once on the afternoon of the 2nd Friday of the 2-week period. CLIN 0006 food service includes luncheon buffet service which can accommodate all students within 1 hr, M-F and M-Th of the 1st and 2nd week, respectively. VII. FOB Destination. VIII.
