The opportunity consists of land being made available to a private firm to commercially develop a guest house/motel at Fort Bragg and Hunter Army Airfield. The selected firm will be responsible for developing a project business plan and then implementing the plan by providing for the financing, design, construction and operation of the facility. A draft solicitation package will be issued to interested firms for comment prior to the formal solicitation being issued.
