Mann, Contracting Officer (701) 747-5266 Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supplies and supervision necessaary to install a complete fire suppression system in seven (7) dormitories including exterior water lines, and including associated electrical construction in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for JFSD 970035. The Period of Performance is 275 calendar days following receipt of Notice to Proceed. The magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued on 3 1/2" computer disks. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 7.0 files.
