Mann, Contracting Officer (701) 747-5266 Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supplies and supervision necessary to remove existing CMU veneer, built-up roofs, window, doors and install new brick veneer, standing seam roof, widows and doors for Dormitories 218, 219, 221, 222. Remove existing open stairs and construct new enclosed stairways on east and west end of Dormitory 218 in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for Projects JFSD 960013 and JFSD 960013B. The Period of Performance is 240 calendar days following the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude for this porject is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued on 3 1/2 computer disks. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 7.0 files.
