Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination and electrical system rework required to recondition the existing vacuum system within Building 642. Replace three existing 75 hp single stge, liquid sealed/cooled vacuum pumps with lead-lag control. New vacuum pumps shall ce cooled and sealed via a new water recirculation system which includes a cooling tower and supply and return pumps. The period of performance for this project is 187 calendar days from the date of award. The Government will hold a site visit for all interested sources. The contractor should make an on site visit to evaluate the project to determine the extent of the repairs/work to be completed prior to submitting their proposal. The approximate issue date will be 08 Dec 97 with the approximate response date of 8 Jan 97. The cost range for this project is approximately $100,000 to $250,00.
