This is a sources sought synopsis. This information is provided for the purposes of conducting a Market Survey of industry to determine if any potential contractors have the skills and knowledge required to complete this production effort. The DTSS-H (Heavy) is a tactical, computer-based terrain analysis system housed in a 20" ISO Shelter, mounted upon a M-1096 5-ton truck. The principal components of the computer-based system are the following: Digital audio tape players, CD-ROM, Plotters, scanners, and Computer Processing Units comprised of Common Hardware Software-2 (CHS-2) components. Software as well as, most of the hardware components (85-90%) and trucks will be furnished as GFE/GFI. The system is powered by 15kw trailer mounted generator or commercial power. Fabrication of the ISO shelter and integration of the hardware/software into the shelter are the predominant tasks associated to this effort. Capability requirements shall be submitted to M.
