The VA Medical Center, Denver is seeking a professional A/E and Interior Design service to produce a complete construction package, to include working drawings, specifications and other data required to construct a 3 story addition on the E-wing. This job is to include but not limited to exterior design considerations, HVAC sizing, duct work, electrical system capacities, plumbing extensions and vertical transportation for each floor and structural analysis and roofing. Exterior wall treatments and window system shall be included.
