The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to furnish and plant 42 -- 4" diameter live oak (Quercus Virginiana) trees along the entrance road at Ace Basin National Wildlife Refuge, Hollywood, SC. Trees will be placed in line with existing surviving trees at 75 feet distance from tree to tree. Trees to be transplanted during December 1997 -- March 1998 period. Trees to be guaranteed for 1 year from date of installation. This is a small business set-aside. The SIC Code is 0783. Size Standard: $5.0 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
