McLaughlin (410) 278-0860 (Site Code DAAD05) The U.S. Army plans to negotiate solely with L3 Communications Telemetry and Instrumentation to provide on-site preventive and remedial maintenance for RDAPS and PDAPS. Maintenance will be performed on equipment installed at the U.S. Army Aviation Technical Test Center (ATTC) in two 10' x 40' Trailer Vans and one truck located at Fort Rucker, AL. Vans and truck contain a complex integration of telemetry receivers, bit synchronizers, decummutators, computers, strip charts, tape recorders, and displays. These systems contain equipment from numerous vendors and have been integrated into a complete system by L3 Communications Telemetry and Instrumentation (formerly known as Loral Test and Information Systems).
