ICBM MAINTENANCE FUNCTIONS WHITE PAPER Notice was placed in the 31 Oct 97 CBD with respect to the Air Force looking into the feasibility of outsourcing functions within ICBM maintenance. Industry was invited to participate on a voluntary non reimbursable basis in this assessment through the submission of white papers on a number of questions published in that CBD. This notice is to advise industry that the closing date for receipt of those white papers is close of business 13 Nov 97.
