V -- DOMESTIC AIRLIFT SERVICES SOL F11626-94-R0027 POC Suzanne Mudd-Yarber, (618)256-6467 Air Mobility Command (AMC) has prepositioned the Master Solicitation, F11626-94-R0027 to procure domestic commercial airlift services. This document contains the terms and conditions that will govern future contracts for the transportation of DoD passengers or cargo. The Master Solicitation standardizes contract provisions; contains instructions for accessing the EDI system; permit carriers to submit their Certifications and Representations on a one time basis to be renewed annually, and to pre qualify by completing the DoD air carrier approval process. This prepositioning of the Master Solicitation will allow AMC to solicit for domestic full plane passenger and cargo charters and domestic exercises. Individual solicitations, merely referencing the Master Solicitation will procure domestic charter airlift from DoD approved carriers, large and small, who are members of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) or determined technically ineligible for CRAF in an expedient manner.
