Facility must be located in the following radius and be within a reasonable walking distance of the United Nations Building and of a subway entrance: between Second and Eighth Avenues North and South and between 42nd and 54th Streets East and West. Hotel can bid on any of the following sets of dates: (1) Sep 19-23, 1998 with 310 singles and 65 double rooms required for the nights of Sep 20, 21, and 22 and a ballroom capable of seating 600 persons is required on the 21st or the 23rd in the morning only; (2) October 6-10, 1998 with 310 single and 65 double rooms required for the nights of Oct 7,8 and 9 and a ballroom capable of seating 600 persons is required 9 Oct in the morning only; (3) Sep 29-3 Oct 1998 with 310 singles and 65 double rooms required for the nights of 30 Sep and 1 and 2 Oct and a ballroom capable of seating 600 persons is required on 2 Oct in the morning only. Thr first day listed for each set of dates is for the advance party of which 10 single and 6 doubles are required. Award will be made based on the priority listed above.
