Nagel, (307)773-4751 The subject project is designed to remove a portion of street adjacent to dormitories, and replace it with a fire lane and landscaping. Existing parking lots will be regraded and resurfaced and water and natural gas mains replaced. Lighting will be added to the parking areas as well as to the new pedestrain walkways created along the fire lane. Work includes but is not limited to water and natural gas utilities, curb and gutter, pavements, lighting, landscaping and irrigation. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract performamce period is 360 from time of award.
