shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, implements,
tackles and machinery required to do and complete the work in
accordance witht he drawings and specifications for the Hanlon House
apartments. Specifications will be included in the Invitation for Bid
(IFB). Drawings must be ordered from the Contracting Officer. For
bonding purposes this project is estimated between $250,000 and
$500,000. This IFB will be available on or about 11/20/97. Contractors
are to be licenses with Baltimore City to do demolition work. This
procurement is restricted to 8(a) Minority Business firms serviced by
the SBA Baltimore District Office and which have SIC 1795 among their
approved SIC Codes. All other firms are deemed ineligible to subject
